Donations

Donate while you do your on-line shopping. There are two ways to do this: through iGive.com and Shop.com. Click on either link to learn more.

All donations made in support of my Miles for Melanoma ride are fully tax-deductable.

If you wish, I will list your name in the donors list on the Sponsors page.

All donations over $52 will receive a "Miles for Melanoma" t-shirt!

On that page, please click the Visa/MasterCard button next to where it says "PayPal" and follow the instructions from there for how to donate by credit card.

When you donate, be sure to specify Miles for Melanoma - Kevin Madzia in the "Payment For" area of the donation form. Also, include your t-shirt size in the "Message to Seller" area of the form if your donation is over $52.

If you would like to donate using a check:

1. Make the check payable to "The Melanoma Research Foundation."
2. Write "Miles for Melanoma - Kevin Madzia" in the memo area of your check. Also, make a note of your t-shirt size (S, M, L, or XL) if your donation is over $52.
